Here it is, habanero fans. Some excellent sources for the
hottest chile on earth. Do you think IUm blowing smoke?
Well, IUm not. IUm breathing fire <grin>. Jalapenos rate about
3-6,000 Scoville Units. Habaneros weigh in around 200,000.

Mo Hotta Mo Betta is located in San Luis Obispo, so CA sales tax gets 
added. On the other hand, their prices for Inner Beauty and Grand 
Anse #5 are lower. Has one whole page of its catalog dedicated to 
habanero hot sauces. Focus is on HOT products, including sauces, 
pickles, oils & vinegars, mustards, Jamaican jerk, curries, chutneys. 
Leans towards Caribbean with some Thai and South Pacific.

Old Southwest Trading Co is located in New Mexico and focuses 
mostly on chile peppers, fresh and dried. Truly amazing selection of 
dried chiles, including very hard to find chiltecpin and wild piquin 
and habanero pods, flakes and powder. Some hot sauces.

Spectacular Sauces is located in Virginia, but orders arrive within a 
couple of days. Specializes in all kinds of sauces, jellies, chutneys, fish 
sauce, etc. Has cold-pressed walnut oil, unfiltered extra virgin olive 
oil and Gold Label Reserve Aceto Balsamico (aged 20 years in 
wooden casks).
